WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will be completed once the website is closed, and then completed within 2-3 weeks. Erin Ostlund will be coming to pick-up all of the orders and she will bring them out to Clavet and arrange pick-up times with you. 

 

HOW LONG WILL THE ONLINE STORE STAY OPEN FOR? 

This website will be open until Thursday, October 31st at midnight and then it will close for the season. 

 

DO I ORDER BY MYSELF OR WITH MY TEAM? DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?

Each team can choose whether they want to do a matching team apparel order (bulk order with further discounts) or to allow each team member to choose and purchase their own items individually (or both). If a team decides to do a matching team apparel order, the website still remains available to family, friends and the team member to purchase any additional merchandise. If you'd like to inquire about a bulk order, please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?

Headwear: Please do not saturate in water, as this can cause the patches to slowly seperate from the hat. Hats may be spot cleaned. Patches may be lightly cleaned with damp cloth. 

Clothing: All clothing is pre-shrunk. Wash cold. Do not dry on high heat.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?

We offer all major credit cards through your PayPal account. If for any reason you do not already have and cannot make a PayPal account, please call our store 1-306-717-0471 during business hours an we will do our best to accomodate you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of these team products, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I ORDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

We do not. All products are marked as is. We firmly believe our prices are very fair, and we appreciate you for understanding! 

 

WHAT IF I ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER AND I WANT TO ADD ON TO IT?

We ask that you simply just place another order the same way you placed the first to avoid any confusion. If the name/contact information is the exact same, we will group the orders together for pick-up.
